Securing a Singer's Livelihood is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game.
Objective(s)
Collect Titan Nectar in the Great Forest
Speak to Jeanne on Outlander Lane to begin the quest. Head to the Great Forest. You will be able to obtain Titan Nectar by defeating the Titan Flowers within the area. When you have obtained enough Titan Nectar, return to Jeanne to complete the quest.
