The Rune of Channel Qi: Transformation is a rune that appears in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.

The Rune of Channel Qi: Transformation is Lam icon 01.png Lam's unique IconGrapple.png Grapple damage-type skill rune, and thus cannot be equipped or used by any other character. It is available to her at level 1. Once used, Lam transforms into her Focused form, and the rune changes to IconRuneUniqueGrapple.png Rune of Channel Qi: Last Resort.
