More Stolen Goods is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game and after completing the Resident Quest: An Adventurer's Armor.

Find Rosalie's Treasure in the Runebarrows
Speak to Rosalie at the Plaza to begin the quest.
Using the Farmside Menhir, head to the Runebarrows and travel westward. Defeat the bandits to find a chest with Rosalie's Treasure. Return to the Plaza and speak with Rosalie to complete the quest.
