Light as a Feather is a Shop Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board after beginning Main Quest 15: Breaking the Ice. Completing this quest will upgrade the Armor Shop.
Objective(s)
Obtain a Bandit Cape
Talk to Frida in Outlander Lane to begin this quest.
One unique level 30 Bandit will spawn in the Great Forest. Head to the Hellhound Lake area and stay east, where an Elementum Pillar will need to be destroyed to access this portion of the dungeon. Continue east to locate the bandit and defeat it to obtain the Bandit Cape. Return to Outlander Lane and bring the item to Frida to complete this quest and upgrade the Armor Shop to Lv. 3.
