Frank's Extraordinary Ore Challenge 2
Frank's Extraordinary Ore Challenge 2 is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game and after completing Resident Quest: Nirav's Extraordinary Ore Challenge Part 2.

Mine Lapis Lazuli on the Snowpeak
Speak to Frank at the Farm to begin the quest.
Using the Farmside Menhir, enter into the Runebarrows, and using the signpost, fast travel to the Snow Wolf's Edge area. Travel right, and you will encounter a Snow Wolf. Defeat it, and Lapis Lazuli will be directly behind it.
There are two other locations Lapis Lazuli can be found, but the fastest way to gather it would be to exit the Snowpeak and Runebarrow areas, and repeat.
Return to Frank at the Farm
After gathering Lapis Lazuli, return to the Farm and talk to Frank to complete the quest.
