Fortifying the Forge is a Shop Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza after clearing Main Quest 15: Breaking the Ice. Completing this quest will upgrade the Lens Forge.

Mine for Heavy Stone in the Great Forest

Talk to Joerg in the Rune Quarter to begin this quest. Obtain Heavy Stone from the Great Forest and return to Jeorg to complete the quest. Once the quest is complete, the Lens Forge will be upgraded to Lv. 2.
