Explorer's license

Obtaining an Explorer's license is a necessary requirement for you to be able to explore the Quarry found in New Nevaeh.

According to Isha, the acting mayor, these can only be obtained by purchasing for 100,000 baqua or completing a Stamp Card.

This item is not something the player can access, but is provided through the story.

Although Isha is quite insistent of the stipulations, the Explorer's License is granted to CJ before either is accomplished.

Garoo however, paid the full 100,000 baqua in order to obtain it.
