'Ever Dwindling Stock is a Shop Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game.

Mine Silver Ore on the Snowpeak
Talk to Squash on Second Street to begin this quest. Using the Farmside Menhir, travel to the Runebarrows. Using the signpost, fast travel within Snowpeak. Collect the necessary materials.
Mine Gold Ore in the The Lava Ruins
Using the Farmside Menhir, travel to the Runebarrows. Using the signpost, fast travel to The Lava Ruins, though Gold Ore can be obtained from more viable locations such as the Fishing Spot in the Runebarrows.
Report to Squash
After you have gathered your Silver Ore and Gold Ore, speak to Squash to complete the quest and upgrade the Accessory Shop to Lv. 5.
