An Armorer With an Eye for Fashion is a Shop Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available after beginning Main Quest 6: Trouble in the Quarry. Although not part of the Main Quest, it is necessary to complete this Shop Quest to progress the Main Quest.

Find Paint in the Great Forest
The Paint can be found in a treasure chest in the Great Forest's Hellhound Lake, to the east of the Hellhound. Garoo must be used to break the boulder blocking access to the area.
After obtaining the Paint, return to Frida. This will complete the quest and unlock the Armor Shop, the use of which is required to progress Main Quest 6: Trouble in the Quarry,
