A Weapon to Wield is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game after completing both Resident Quest: Reclaim My Lost Treasure! and Resident Quest: Stolen Goods.

Find a Wieldy Hammer in the Quarry
Speak to Maria on Town Outskirts to begin the quest the head to the Quarry.
If the Fire Elementum Pillar has not been unlocked yet, the area will not be visible on the map. Use the signpost to travel to the Fishing Spot. From here, head east until the platforms are reached. Do not use the platforms to reach the highest path, but utilize the platforms that head east. Continue east and defeat the Ogres to access the chest holding the Wieldy Hammer. Return to Maria to complete the quest.
